If you follow the blog of Dubai Immo, thenumber 1 French-speaking real estate agency in Dubai, you know that the steps related toreal estate investment in Dubai are very simple.

To buy an apartment or a villa in Dubai, the only document you will need to provide is acopy of your passport. This passport copy should be in the form of a scan or a very good quality photo, so that all the information is clearly legible. It goes without saying that the passport must be valid.

When registering the apartment in your name, the Dubai Land Department, a government office that acts as a notary, may ask you for a second proof of identity, such as a national identity card or even a driver's license.

Other information to be provided at the time of purchase is limited to your mailing address, email address and phone number. If you have more than one buyer, you will need to make sure you provide the same information for each buyer.

For more information, do not hesitate to contact your Dubai Immo agent.
