With a team of 30 French professionals based in Dubai, Dubai Immo is the largest French-speaking real estate structure in the United Arab Emirates. Our agency was recomposed by President François Hollande in Dubai in early 2023, and we have already assisted several thousand investors with their real estate projects in Dubai.

Absolutely! All the properties we sell are freehold. This means that you buy both the building and the land, just like in France. You'll be the owner forever, no 99-year lease or anything like that.

It's possible to invest with family or friends. You don't need to provide any supporting documents, and you can join forces with the people of your choice.

It's perfectly possible to buy an apartment or villa without moving to Dubai. The transaction can be carried out securely and remotely. More than 50% of our sales are made remotely.

In Dubai, notary fees are 4% of the value of the property. If you are buying off-plan, they are payable at the same time as the first instalment of the payment plan. If you are buying on the secondary market, they are payable at the time of transfer of ownership.

To facilitate real estate investment in Dubai, developers offer payment facilities, known as "payment plans". The developer will offer a payment schedule for the purchase of an off-plan apartment or villa. With no bank interest and no need for banks, payment plans enable investors to pay for a property over several years, sometimes even after the keys have been handed over. No proof of payment is required by developers.

The RERA license is the professional license for real estate agents in Dubai. Do not hesitate to ask for your real estate agent's RERA card before starting a purchase procedure. If you decide to buy with a real estate agent who does not hold a valid RERA license in his or her name, you will not be protected.

In Dubai, property taxation is very advantageous:

  • No property tax
  • No taxes on rental income
  • No capital gains tax on resale
  • No real estate wealth tax
  • No inheritance tax

That's right! All properties sold by our agency are FREEHOLD. This means that both the building and the land belong to you, forever. All nationalities are entitled to buy a freehold apartment or villa in Dubai, just like in Europe.

While the average price is around €4,000/m2, properties can be found from €2,500/m2 up to over €10,000/m2.

Notaire's fees, known as "DLD fees", amount to 4% of the value of the property you are buying. Notary fees are the same for both new and existing properties.

Depending on the promoter, the means of payment accepted may differ slightly. Nevertheless, you should know that it's generally possible to pay by bank transfer, credit card, cashier's check (UAE), cash or even cryptocurrencies.

Dubai developers offer what are known as "payment plans". These are interest-free payment plans that allow you to pay for a property in instalments, over a pre-determined period. The term can range from 1 to 12 years. It is also possible to obtain Islamic or conventional bank financing, up to a maximum of 50% of the value of the property, for non-residents.
