How to finance the purchase of a building plot in Dubai?
The Nakheel developer will propose a payment schedule that will enable you to pay for the land over several years. The proposed payment schedule breaks down as follows:
- 15% to be paid on reservation
- 15% payable in October 2023
- 10% to be paid in April 2024
- 20% to be paid in October 2024
- 20% to be paid in April 2025
- 20% payable in Q1 2026
