Factors influencing prices
When it comes to prices in Palm Jumeirah, many factors come into play when determining the value of a property, whether it's an apartment or a sumptuous villa.
The first factor to take into account is the surface area of the property in question.. In fact, a 1-bedroom apartment is bound to cost less than a 3 or 4-bedroom property.
Two other factors also play a part in the calculation. The first is the property's location. Generally speaking, in Palm Jumeirah, this factor is somewhat overlooked, as the district itself is particularly luxurious. Finally, there's the question of "services" and "nearby".
Swimming pool, gym, lounge area, work space or sports field... These ancillary services are often offered at the time of purchase, which adds value to the property. Naturally, the more these services are offered, the more expensive the apartment in question will be.
Rental costs in Palm Jumeirah
What about
rent at Palm Jumeirah ? However, some offers may come up, which suggests that it's possible. You'll find these offers on our Dubai Immo platform. Don't hesitate to contact us if you'd like to find out more.
