Damac Lagoons: the first villas are ready
Construction at Damac Lagoons, Damac's largest community, is progressing well - very well indeed. Our teams were able to see for themselves during a visit to the construction site of the "Santorini" neighborhood, the first to be commercialized. Many of the villas are already ready, although delivery is only scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2024.
Very positive first impression
What we saw during our visit to the Damac Lagoons construction site really impressed us. To begin with, the visual aspect of the villas is perfectly identical to the brochures and visuals made available by Damac at the time of marketing. So there were no unpleasant surprises, quite the contrary. In fact, the visual aspect of the villas seduced us, as did the quality of construction and the interior volumes of the villas. The final product will more than meet the expectations of the investors, who benefited from very attractive prices at the time, with 3-bedroom semi-detached villas priced at just €300,000...
Building Damac Lagoons: Damac on schedule!
As Damac confirmed again this week, construction is progressing according to plan, and even ahead of schedule. The partners chosen by Damac to build the community are doing an excellent job, and the site's progress is impressive.
