Procedure for obtaining a real estate investor visa in Dubai
- Go to the DLD, the Dubai Land Department, the government agency in charge of real estate affairs in Dubai. You will need to bring the documents listed above to pick up your reference letter.
- Contact the Dubai police to obtain your certificate of good conduct, indicating that you have not committed any crime in the UAE.
- Then contact the Dubai Economic Department in Dubai to obtain your business license.
- Then go to the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs to formally request your resident visa in the United Arab Emirates.
- Once your application is approved, you will be able to complete the sponsorship process for your family.
