We announced it several weeks ago, and it is now official. Damac, the second largest real estate developer in Dubai, is launching a new real estate project in Downtown. This program is called Elegance Tower, and it was very expected.

The return of Damac to Downtown

The last launch of Damac in the Burj Khalifa and Dubai area was many years ago! Damac is back with a bang with Elegance Tower, which will benefit from a superb location. Next to the prestigious Address Fountain Views and Vida Dubai Mall, Elegance Tower will benefit from an ultra-strategic location in the heart of Dubai. With the Dubai Mall only a few minutes walk away and exceptional amenities, there is no doubt that Elegance Tower will appeal to investors.

Expected prices on Elegance Tower Downtown

Damac has communicated us very attractive prices for this new launch. However, be careful, these prices could change upwards as the launch approaches. Damac told us about 1.7M AED for 1 bed apartments (T2) and 2.3M AED for 2 bed apartments (T3). The payment plan is expected to be spread over 3.5 years and 80% will be paid during the construction and 20% at the end of the works.
