The Four Seasons Group and RAK Properties have officially announced the opening of a Four Seasons in Ras Al Khaimah. Four Seasons hotels are among the most luxurious and sought-after in the world. The Four Seasons in Ras Al Khaimah will offer both a hotel and residences, which are expected to go on sale in 2025.
Why a Four Seasons in Ras Al Khaimah?
The Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has every intention of playing a major role in the Emirates, and of becoming a destination for the wealthiest tourists. With the establishment of the Wynn Marjan Island casino, scheduled for completion in 2027, the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has shown that it is giving itself the means to achieve its ambitions. Having a Four Seasons hotel will immediately put RAK in the spotlight, and attract the attention of wealthy travellers.
Where will the Four Seasons Ras Al Khaimah be located?
RA Properties and the Four Seasons Group have decided to locate it in Mina Al Arab, about 15 minutes' drive from the future casino. The choice was made not to build the Four Seasons on Marjan Islands, where you'll find the Wynn casino. This strategic choice will undoubtedly lead to further luxury developments in the Mina Al Arab area, where developer RAK Properties already has a strong presence.

In addition to 150 hotel suites and rooms, Four Seasons Ras Al Khaimah will also own luxury apartments and residences. These properties will be marketed for RAK Properties.
