A new prestige real estate development will soon be available to investors worldwide. This residence is the fruit of an association between property developer London Gate and Franck Muller, the famous Swiss luxury watch brand.

A global pioneer in the watchmaking industry for three decades, this collaboration marks Franck Muller's entry into the world of real estate. This will be Franck Muller's first real estate project.

The much-anticipated London Gate development at Dubai Marina, reaching a height of 450 meters, will bring a new landmark to Dubai Marina's stunning skyline. It will be the tallest residential tower in the district, and the clock at its top will be the tallest in the world. A new record for Dubai.

Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, said, "Following our debut in the UAE real estate market with our sold-out projects Maya V, Nadine I and II, we are now delighted to unveil our masterpiece in collaboration with iconic watchmaker Franck Muller. With our latest project, we introduce Franck Muller's very first branded residences. Through this partnership, we aim to create a living experience that reflects the values and vision of the London Gate brand and Franck Muller. An exclusive branded residential project; one that will demonstrate our commitment to designing unrivalled, never-before-seen spaces that resonate with the essence and prestige of our brand partner." It's true that London Gate is making its mark at the end of 2023, with the launch of numerous projects in quick succession. A developer to be reckoned with in the years to come.

The tower is named Aeternitas, after Franck Muller's watch of the same name. This is one of the most complex watches in the world, with 36 complications and 1,483 components.

The luxury residential project will be officially unveiled in January 2024, with the handover of the keys scheduled for 2026.
