Payment plan and financing
The Damac promoter offers you an interest-free payment plan. No proof of payment is required to take advantage of this plan. This payment schedule breaks down as follows:
- 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
- 1 to be paid monthly for 42 months
- Additional 3% payable on due dates 4 and 16
- Additional 2% payable at maturity 27
- 30 to be paid on completion of work
