Payment plan and financing
The Nakheel developer offers you a payment plan that allows you to pay for your villa in instalments. The payment plan is interest-free, and breaks down as follows:
- 15% to be paid on reservation + 4% notary's fee (DLD)
- 10% to be paid in July 2024
- 10% payable in December 2024
- 10% to be paid in June 2025
- 15% payable in December 2025
- 10% to be paid in June 2025

- 20% to be paid at the handing over of the keys
