Project description

Creek Vistas is being developed by Sobha, a developer with over 40 years of experience in the UAE. The program is located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, the most sought-after area in Meydan. It benefits from an exceptional location, with the apartments in Tower A enjoying a breathtaking view of Downtown and the Burj Khalifa. Tower B apartments have a view of Dubai Creek.

Meydan One, the largest mall in the world, which will reserve 50% of its space for leisure and restaurants (compared to 5% for the Dubai Mall), will be accessible on foot, along the canal, in 5 minutes. An incredible luxury for Dubai, the city of the "all car". It will be possible to arrive from Downtown in 5/6 minutes too.

The services and the quality of construction of the residences of Sobha is not any more to show. Whether you buy a villa, a studio or a 2 room apartment, the quality is the same. Only the surface area and the location will affect the price. We were able to see for ourselves by visiting villas at 4 000 0000€ and 2 rooms at 190 000€. All the apartments of the residence will be delivered with a fully equipped kitchen. The household appliances are from Siemens.

In terms of service, you will find everything you would expect from a prestigious residence in Dubai: swimming pool and gym in the building, parking, large receptions, bars, lounge areas. All the comforts, for your greatest pleasure or that of your tenants. In addition, there are the almost infinite possibilities of the Meydan One Mall, the largest in the world, which you can reach on foot.

As for the payment plan, Sobha is offering an unbeatable deal in Dubai at the moment: pay 10% of your apartment, then nothing more until the keys are handed over, scheduled for September 2021 (updated date: 23/08/2020).
After that, you have several options:
You can pay the remaining 90% on handover. Sobha will be flexible - you tell us what you want, and we'll work to get you the payment plan that's as close as possible to what you want.

IMPORTANT: If you are interested in the project and you block an apartment by paying 2%, you will benefit from a trip for two people to Dubai and accommodation in a 5-star hotel for 2 or 3 nights, in order to visit the construction site and meet the developer.
