The crystal lagoon of District One is unique in the world. Its size is disproportionate, with more than 7 kilometers of length. It is of course possible to swim there, from one of the many supervised beaches of District One.
The Meydan One Mall
The largest mall in Dubai will be located in the immediate vicinity of District One. Residents of the villas and residences will be able to go there by boat, free of charge, to enjoy the stores and the sports, water and restaurant areas. 50% of the mall's surface will be dedicated to restaurants, sports and leisure, compared to only 5% for the Dubai Mall.
