District One is launching a new program in District One, one ofDubai's most sought-after neighborhoods, on Sunday, November 21, 2021. The Lagoon Views program will offer superb views of the District One lagoon, the community and the Downtown Skyline. The Lagoon Views residence

Consisting of 22 floors, Lagoon Views will offer a selection of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. All units will have a breathtaking view of the 7.5km long artificial lagoon of District One and the Dubai skyline, except for the 1 bedroom units. The apartments will all offer superb ceiling heights (over 3 meters), fully equipped kitchens and impeccably finished bedrooms and bathrooms. Guest toilets will also be offered on all apartment types, which will be larger than the previous District One apartments. Residents of Lagoon Views at District One will enjoy a private gym, private pool and business center. An ultra-luxury drop-off will also be available, as will a café. Direct access to the beach at District One will also be available, unlike other residences where residents must walk to the beach. A private children's pool will also be available for the sole use of Lagoon Views residents.

Living in District One Dubai

District One is one of the favorite neighborhoods of Dubai's stars and celebrities. High ranking officials, rich expatriates or movie stars, everyone falls in love with District One. The community, entirely secured and accessible only to residents and their guests, is built around a gigantic artificial lagoon, the largest in the world. The residence is already partly inhabited, with nearly 600 villas already delivered to their happy owners. The residence part, composed of luxurious buildings, is under construction. The first buildings will be delivered at the end of 2021. District One has many green parks, sports facilities, such as tennis courts and basketball courts.
