Payment plan and financing
The Damac developer offers an attractive 0% interest payment plan. You'll be able to pay for your apartment over the period between reservation of the property and completion of the work, without bank interest and without having to provide any supporting documents. The payment schedule breaks down as follows:
- 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
- From the 3rd month after booking, you will have to pay :
- 1% per month for 29 months
- At maturity dates 6, 12, 18, 24 and 27, you will need to add 4%.
- 2% payable upon 80% completion of construction
- 2% payable at 90% completion of construction
- 30 on completion of work
