The MAG CITY community

It is a gated community, ideally located in Meydan, just a few meters from District One, one of Dubai's most prestigious communities. Living at MAG City, you will be conveniently located on Meydan Street, and can reach Downtown in less than 5 minutes by car. The Lycée Français de Dubai is also less than 5 minutes away by car. For this launch, MAG has decided to market only the townhouses, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses. The 5-bedroom townhouses will be corner units, and will therefore be corner villas with an L-shaped garden. • Townhouses of 5 rooms from 13M AED or 3.3M€.

Financing plan MAG PARK DUBAI

MAG offers an interest-free payment plan, allowing you to divide your payments between the reservation and the handover of the keys. It breaks down as follows

• 10% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
• 30% to be paid during construction, in several installments
• 60% to be paid at the handing over of the keys, with possible bank financing

Estimated delivery date

The expected delivery date is December 2024. Based on our experience, we estimate delivery in early 2025.
