Payment plan and financing
The developer offers you 0% financing, with no bank interest. You don't need to show any supporting documents to qualify. The payment plan for the Manta Bay residence breaks down as follows:
- 5% to be paid upon reservation
- 25% to be paid on signing the contract
- 2% payable every two months for 30 months
- 40% to be paid at the end of the work
