Procedure for buying an apartment in the Nobles Tower program:

1/ Unit selection with a professional Dubai Immo agent
2/ Payment of the booking (from 2000€) by payment link sent to your email, issued by Tiger Properties
3/ Signature of the booking form for your apartment, issued by Tiger Properties
4/ Payment of 10% of the apartment price (minus the booking fee) plus 4% DLD fee (for registration in your name)
5/ Signature of the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) registering the unit in your name with the Dubai Land Department.
6/ Payment of your monthly instalments
