Payment Plan & Financing
A long-term payment plan will be offered by the developer. This interest-free financing plan is currently one of the most attractive on the Dubai real estate market. It breaks down as follows:
- 10% of total price to be paid on reservation + 4% notary's fee (DLD)
- 1% per month for 30 months of construction
- 1% on handover in April 2026
- 1 per month for 59 months after handover of keys
It is possible to resell the apartment after having paid 30% of the total price. The new buyer retains the benefit of the payment plan.
