Payment plan and financing of Sobha One Dubai

The promoter allows you to benefit from a payment schedule spread between the reservation of the property and the end of the work. It is composed as follows:

• 10% to be paid upon reservation
• 10 to be paid 3 months after booking
• 10 to be paid 12 months after booking
• 10 to be paid 15 months after booking
• 10 to be paid 24 months after booking
• 10 to be paid 30 months after booking
• 40 to be paid on completion of work
