Payment Plan

The developer offers you an attractive financing plan, with 75% to be paid during the first year after the handover of the keys. It breaks down as follows:

• 2% to be paid within 7 days to complete the reservation
• 11% payable on April 20, 2023
• 9% payable on May 20, 2023
• 25% to be paid on August 15, 2023
• 25% to be paid on January 15, 2024
• 25% to be paid on May 15, 2024

You will also have to pay 4% of notary fees (DLD), for the registration of the property in your name.
