The Damac developer offers you an interest-free payment schedule that allows you to pay for your villa over several years. It breaks down as follows:

• 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees
• 5 to be paid within 3 months after booking

• 5 to be paid within 9 months after booking
• 5 to be paid within 12 months after booking
