The Damac Hills 2 community

Entirely developed by Damac, Dubai's largest private real estate developer, Damac Hills 2 is a gated community where the majority of expatriates live. You'll find dozens of sports facilities, a large artificial lagoon, shops, restaurants and more. For your information, more and more French people are choosing to settle in Damac Hills 2, to enjoy the comfort of a villa at a reasonable price, even if it means driving a bit to get to downtown Dubai.

Verona villas in Damac Hills

All Verona villas will be built on 3 levels (ground floor + 2 upper floors). They will all have a covered two-car garage and a garage, the size of which will vary from villa to villa. Some townhouses will be semi-detached on both sides, while others will benefit from a more enviable position at the end of a row, and will therefore be semi-detached on one side only.

They will also feature a larger, L-shaped garden. The finish of the Verona villas will be far superior to that of previous villas delivered in the Damac Hills 2 neighborhood. As proof of this, Damac will give a 5-year warranty for any interior defects, whereas all developers (including Emaar or Nakheel) only give a one-year warranty.
