Ibiza villas at Damac Lagoons

Several types of villas are offered by Damac within the Ibiza neighborhood of Damac Lagoons. Four- and five-bedroom houses are advertised by Damac at first, before possible large detached villas or residences. The townhouses, called townhouses, are terraced homes. The 4 bedroom villas will have two other townhouses attached to their left and right. The 5 bedroom villas will only be attached on one side, either to the left or right, and will have a large L-shaped garden. These villas are called "corner villas". The 4 bedrooms are on 2 levels and the 5 bedrooms on 3 levels. All villas have a garden and a covered garage for two vehicles. Payment Plan

The promoter Damac offers you a payment schedule for the entire construction period. Thus, you will have to pay for your villa in several installments, at dates agreed upon in advance. No bank is involved in the process and no interest rate is applied to this 0% financing.
