Monte Carlo villas at Damac Lagoons
Two types of villas are available in the Monte-Carlo area. You can choose between 4-bedroom semi-detached villas or 5-bedroom corner villas. The 4 bedroom villas will be built on 2 levels, and the 5 bedroom villas on 3 levels (ground floor + 2 floors). All villas will benefit from a high quality finish, a covered garage and a garden whose surface will vary according to the type of villa. All villas have access to the community's lagoons as well as to the various services and activities offered.

- Villas with 4 rooms from 1.9AED or 500.000.
- Villas with 5 rooms from 2.6AED or 680.000.
