The Damac developer offers you interest-free financing, spread over the period between reservation of the property and completion of the work. It breaks down as follows:

• 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees
• 5 to be paid within 3 months after booking
• 5 to be paid within 6 months after booking
• 5 to be paid within 9 months after booking
• 5 to be paid within 12 months after booking
• 4 to be paid within 15 months after booking
• 4 to be paid within 18 months after booking
• 4 to be paid within 21 months after booking
• 4 to be paid within 24 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 27 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 30 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 33 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 36 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 39 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 42 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 45 months after booking
• 3 to be paid within 48 months after booking
• 20 to be paid on completion of work
