The Damac developer offers you interest-free financing, spread over the period between reservation of the property and completion of the work. It breaks down as follows:

  • 5% to be paid within 6 months after reservation
  • 5% to be paid within 9 months after reservation
  • 5% to be paid within 12 months after reservation
  • 4% payable within 15 months of reservation
  • 4% payable within 18 months of reservation
  • 4% payable within 21 months of reservation
  • 4% payable within 24 months of reservation
  • 3% payable within 27 months of reservation
