Select Group is a well-known real estate developer in Dubai. It is behind such successful projects as Marina Gate, Peninsula, Six Senses Marina and Six Senses Marina, among others. Select Group has decided to join forces with Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) to develop large-scale projects on the Palm Jebel Ali and in the Design District, land controlled by Dubai Holding.
A major coup for Select Group
Developer Select Group is the first to announce a major land acquisition on the Palm Jebel Ali. Until now, only Nakheel, a government-owned developer, had announced a concrete project on the Palm Jebel Ali. This proves the confidence the Dubai government has in Select Group, which enjoys an impeccable reputation in the Dubai real estate market.

According to initial information, Select Group is to develop both residential and hotel projects. The developer already has experience in the hotel sector, notably with its Intercontinental Marina hotel.
