Sobha announces the launch of Sobha One

Sobha will present its new project Sobha One at Cityscape, the Dubai real estate show, this Monday, November 21. It is a very large-scale project, a huge building composed of 5 towers from 30 to 60 floors. They will host some 2700 apartments. A residence out of the ordinary

As mentioned in the introduction, Sobha One will host more than 2,700 apartments, from 1 to 4 bedrooms. With competitive prices starting from AED 1M or €270,000, Sobha One is sure to attract the attention of investors from around the world. The proposed payment plan will be composed as follows: 60% to be paid during the construction period, then 40% upon handover. This project will be located in Meydan, as almost all of Sobha's real estate projects in recent years.

A golf course at the bottom of the residence

For the first time, Sobha will incorporate a golf course into its community. Designed by Gary Layer, the 18-hole golf course will be located in front of Sobha Sobha, just behind a beautiful man-made lagoon. Numerous green spaces will be installed and will give a unique charm to this project that truly stands out from the rest in one of Dubai's most coveted neighborhoods, Meydan.
