As you can see, Damac has chosen the south of Dubai. The neighborhood will be built just a few kilometers as the crow flies from Damac Lagoons and The Oasis, Emaar's major new community. This part of Dubai is in full development, and should benefit greatly from the major investments made by the Dubai Government. In fact, the latter wants to boost South Dubai, notably through Expo City and the Al Maktoum Airport.
