Documents required to buy an apartment in Dubai

Investing in real estate in Dubai: what documents are required?

To make a real estate investment in Dubai and takeadvantage of the advantageous financing plans offered by the developers, very few documents are required.

In fact, Dubai developers will only ask you fora photo or a scan of your passport. Some developers will also ask you for a second piece of identification, such as a copy of your national identity card or driver's license.

To take advantage of the multi-year payment plans, developers will never ask you for copies of your bank statements or tax forms. Dubai real estate developers consider that as soon as you pay a first instalment of 10 or 20% for example, it is because you feel you can afford the following payments. There is no need to pile up proof of income as for a loan in France...

In addition to your passport, you will need to provide a mailing address, an email address and a phone number.
