Dubai Real Estate Investment: new rules for the 3-year visa
The Dubai authorities have announced new measures to encourage investment and the settlement of expatriates in Dubai.
Under the impetus of the Emir of Dubai, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Dubai government has decided to facilitate access to the Real Estate Investor Visa.
New rule for the real estate investor visa
Indeed, if the amount of investment required to benefit from the investor visa in Dubai was previously AED 1,000,000 (€230,000), it is now set at AED 750,000, or €175,000.
To qualify for an investor visa in Dubai, you will need to have invested in a property worth at least AED 750,000 at the time of purchase, and that property must have been delivered.
3-year renewable visa from AED 750,000 of investment
The Emirate of Dubai is once again taking an important step towards welcoming expatriates by facilitating access to a residence visa. The visa obtained by an investment of 750 000 AED or more will be for aperiod of 3 years renewable as long as you own your property.
