First project in Al Satwa for IMTIAZ
After Al Furjan and Jumeirah Village Circle, IMTIAZ is now settling in Al Satwa! Just a few minutes from Downtown, City Walk and DIFC, Al Satwa is a district located in the center of Dubai. This will be IMTIAz's first project in downtown Dubai. The residence will be located close to EDEN HOUSE, one of Dubai's most sought-after residences, popular with celebrities.

The IMTIAZ project will bring together 100 exclusive apartments. Studios and 1-bedroom apartments will be offered within the residence. The interior design will be similar to that of Luxor, IMTIAZ's luxury residence in JVC. The apartments will be delivered fully furnished and equipped, and numerous services and activities are planned for the residence.
