It is a written document, signed by a potential investor, to express his interest in a project that is not yet officially launched. When should I do an EOI?

If a developer is about to launch a real estate project that is sure to be a big hit at the time of launch, then EOI usually comes into play. Specifically, developers will ask real estate agencies to contact potential buyers. Some information can be shared with the investors, such as the location of the project and the price range. If the investor is interested in the project, he can fill in and sign an EOI, a document of one or two pages at most.
