The Al Jurf community is being developed by IMKAN, one of Abu Dhabi's leading real estate developers. The project is located in Abu Dhabi, close to the border with Dubai. It takes less than 30 minutes to reach Al Jurf from the Dubai Marina district. The community is located by the sea, and future residents will have access to a superb beach with fine sand. Many animals live in this unspoilt, privileged area close to nature. The developer has planned a number of high-quality facilities for the community, including a community center, marina, restaurants and local shops. It is entirely possible to live at Al Jurf Gardens and work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Kayan villas at Al Jurf Gardens
The Kayan project offers two styles of villa. You can choose between Rawya villas, with their modern, contemporary style, and Rihal villas, with their modern Arabian style. Once you've chosen the style of your villa, you'll need to select the number of bedrooms. Both types of villa are available in two configurations: 4 or 5 bedrooms. All villas are self-contained, with a large garden and covered garage. Spacious, the villas will range in size from 300 to 365m2, and will all be built on 2 levels. Customization options for an extra bedroom or office will be offered by the developer.
