Factors influencing prices
In Al Jurf, as elsewhere, many factors influence property prices. Firstly, the law of supply and demand. The higher the demand (and the lower the supply), the higher the prices. Then there are the more "
in-house"In other words, the size of the property in question (a studio will inevitably cost less than a town with 4 or 5 bedrooms)!
Two other factors should also be taken into account, such as the property's geographical location. Facing the sea, 1 hour from downtown Abu Dhabi or Dubai, or right in the heart of
Downtown DubaiIn other words, not all homes will have the same value. Finally, you need to take into account the ancillary services inherent in the property itself (gym, swimming pool, parks and gardens) and outside (amenities, public transport).
