Two types of villas are offered as part of the launch of the Mykonos neighborhood of the Damac Lagoons community. Thus, you will have the choice between 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses. The 4 bedroom houses are on two levels, first floor + 1 floor. The 5 bedroom houses are on 3 levels, ground floor + 2 floors. With a minimum surface area of 200m2 for the 4 bedroom villas, the villas will also have a covered garage for two cars and a garden. The 5 bedroom villas will have a large L-shaped garden and will be semi-detached on one side only. All villas will be impeccably finished and designed in a style reminiscent of the famous Greek village of Mykonos.
