TownX Luma 22 Payment Plan

The developer offers you a payment schedule without bank interest, divided between the reservation of the property and the end of the construction. It breaks down as follows:

• 30% to be paid upon reservation
• 10 in June 2023 in July
• 10 in September 2023 in September
• 10 in December 2023 in December
• 10% in March 2024
• 30 on completion of work

Completion is scheduled for September 2024.
