Payment and financing plan

The Danube developer offers a payment and financing plan with fixed installments and no bank interest. Here's how it breaks down:

• 10% to be paid on reservation +4% notary's fees (DLD)
• 51% of the total value of the property by the project's completion date, scheduled for September 2026;
• 1% per month, for 35%, after delivery of the property.

Danube guarantees a net return on your investment of 6% to 10% for 3 years after delivery, depending on performance, with a guaranteed minimum of 6% net on the purchase price of your apartment.
