Payment plan and financing

The developer offers you an interest-free payment schedule, divided between reservation of the property and handover of the keys. Arbor View's payment plan breaks down as follows:

• 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
• 10 to be paid within 30 days after booking
• 10 to be paid within 90 days after booking
• 5 to be paid within 150 days after booking
• 5 to be paid within 240 days after booking
• 5 to be paid after 30 construction
• 5 to be paid after 40 construction
• 5 to be paid after 50 construction
• 5 to be paid after 60 construction
• 30 to be paid on completion of work

Completion is scheduled for Q1 2026.
