Payment plan and financing
The developer offers you an interest-free payment schedule, divided between reservation of the property and handover of the keys. Arbor View's payment plan breaks down as follows:
- 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
- 10% to be paid within 30 days after booking
- 10% payable within 90 days of reservation
- 5% payable within 150 days of reservation
- 5% payable within 240 days of reservation
- 5% to be paid after 30% construction
- 5% payable after 40% construction
- 5% to be paid after 50% construction
- 5% to be paid after 60% of construction
- 30% to be paid at the end of the work
Completion is scheduled for Q1 2026.
