The developer offers you an interest-free payment plan. You don't need to provide any supporting documents to benefit from this plan. This payment plan breaks down as follows:
- 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
- 10% within 60 days of reservation
- 10% within 120 days of reservation
- 5% within 240 days of reservation
- 5% within 360 days of reservation
- 5% to be paid after 30% construction
- 5% payable after 40% construction
- 5% to be paid after 50% construction
- 5% to be paid after 60% of construction
- 30% to be paid at the end of the work
Completion is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2027.
