Oxford Gardens Dubai Payment Plan
A payment schedule without bank interest will be proposed by the promoter. It is broken down as follows:
- 15% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees
- 5% to be paid within 60 days after reservation
- 10% after 20% construction
- 10% after 40% construction
- 10% after 60% construction
- 50% at the end of the work
Completion is scheduled for March 2025.
