The 5 or 10 year payment plan
When you buy a property in the Pantheon Elysee 2 program, you will have the choice between a payment plan over 5 or 10 years after the keys are handed over. The 10-year payment plan is higher, but it is still very interesting, especially for investment purposes. Indeed, the amount of monthly payments to be paid over 10 years will be lower than the rental income. You will only have to invest the contribution, and then the apartment will pay for itself.
