Several types of apartments are proposed. All apartments will be fully furnished and decorated by Ritz-Carlton. Bank interest-free payment plan

The developer proposes a payment schedule broken down as follows:

• 5% on reservation
• 20% at the signature of the purchase contract + 4% notary fees (DLD)
• 15% within 13 months of signing the contract

• 50 on handover

The handover of the keys is planned for 2025.
