The Ritz-Carlton Residences Dubai apartments
Several types of apartments are proposed. The residence will include 13 one-bedroom apartments (T2), 26 two-bedroom apartments, 24 three-bedroom apartments, 2 three-bedroom penthouses and a four-bedroom skyvilla. All apartments will be fully furnished and decorated by Ritz-Carlton. Bank interest-free payment plan
The developer proposes a payment schedule broken down as follows:
- 5% on reservation
- 20% at the signature of the purchase contract + 4% notary fees (DLD)
- 15% within 13 months of signing the contract
- 10% within 20 months of signing the contract
- 50% on delivery of the keys
The handover of the keys is planned for 2025.
