Payment plan: one of the longest in Dubai
The developer offers an interest-free payment plan. This is one of the longest payment plans currently offered in Dubai. It is broken down as follows:
- 10% at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
- 5% within 120 days of reservation
- 5% within 240 days of reservation
- 1% per month for 20 months from the 365th day
- 10% at the end of the work
- 1% per month for 50 months after the handover
The estimated completion date is December 2025.
