Rixos Dubai Islands: apartments and villas

Three types of property are available in the Rixos Dubai Islands development. You can choose between apartments, townhouses and huge independent villas. The surface areas offered on this project are out of the ordinary, with 100m² for the T2 apartments. The finishes will be worthy of a 5-star hotel, and the views of the private beach or the sea will be absolutely magnificent. Rixos and Nakheel have promised a very high level of finish for this first development on the Dubai Islands. All apartments will be delivered with fully equipped kitchens.
