Samana offers a fixed-term payment plan, with no bank interest (no bank is involved in the process). Here's how it breaks down:

• 1% for 55 months after reservation
• 10 6 months after reservation
• 5 12 months after reservation
• 10 18 months after reservation

In simple terms, it's 20% on reservation, then 1% per month for 55 months, with larger installments in the 6th, 12th and 18th months.
