The villas of Sobha Elwood

Villas with 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms are available. All villas are detached, and will have a much larger than normal plot size, as well as a swimming pool. A minimum plot size of 575m2 is required for the villas, which is around 50% larger than the average plot size for detached villas in similar communities. The villas will all feature a highly successful modern design, as well as impeccable interior finishes, as always with Sobha. The kitchens, all German-made, will be delivered fully equipped. Huge windows provide optimum light. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and plenty of storage space.
