In Dubailand, there are several factors to consider when determining the price of a property, whether it's a studio, one-bedroom or multi-bedroom apartment. First, its surface area. The larger the apartment, the more it will cost.
The second factor to consider is all the features of the residence! The more services and premium features (private cinema, hotel service, 24/7 security, etc.), the more expensive the apartment. In fact, these services give the property its "exclusive" character.
Finally, its geographical location is a factor that must not and cannot be overlooked. If the residence under construction is close to a metro or bus station, or just a few minutes from international schools, shopping malls and health centers, then prices could be pushed up.
