The Cove Dubai apartment prices:

- 2 bedroom apartments (T3) from 2.1M AED or 565K€.
- 3 bedroom apartments (T4) from 3.1M AED or 830K€.
- 3 bedroom duplex apartments from 5.1M AED or 1.35M€.
- 4 bedrooms apartments (T5) from 6.2M AED or 1.67M€.
- 4 bedroom duplex apartments from 7.5M AED or 2M€.
Payment Plan
Emaar offers a multi-year payment schedule from the time the apartment is reserved to the time the work is completed.
