All apartments will benefit from generous surfaces. 70m2 minimum for the 1 bedroom (T2), 110 to 120m2 for the 2 bedrooms (T3), 170m minimum for the 3 bedrooms and 360m2 for the 4 bedrooms apartments. Payment Plan

• 70% during construction
• 30 on completion of work
