Payment plan and financing

The Damac developer offers you an attractive payment plan. It allows you to pay for the villa in instalments, between reservation and handover of the keys. No supporting documents are required to benefit from this payment facility. You'll need to pay 20% on reservation, 40% during construction and 40% on completion. You will find below the details of the instalments required, month by month:

• 20% to be paid at reservation + 4% notary fees (DLD)
• 1 to be paid 3 months after booking
